Ostrum Tech Limited ('We')
provide Purple Door app ('Service') as an information & communication
channel for air travelers, in order to enable them to access
airport related special assistance information, to request for assistance and
to provide feedback about the experience. This Service acts as a digital
channel between you and the third-party travel providers who provide special assistance
at airports. The assistance bookings and the provision of physical assistance at
airports are managed by the relevant third-party travel providers such as Airports,
Airlines, Ground Handlers and Special Assistance
Providers.
Our Service is enabled at a
limited number of airports. Our Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do
not guarantee the provision of assistance services and we do not take any
liability associated with the assistance service booked through the Service.
Any complaint or issue related to the assistance service at an airport should
be raised with the relevant third-party travel entity accountable for provision
of assistance service for you.
This page is used to inform the users
of the Service regarding the policies with the collection, use, and disclosure
of any information which is personal in nature as per law ('Personal
Information') related to our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then
you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
The Personal Information that we collect will be used for providing and
improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone
except as described in this Privacy Policy.
While
using our Service, we may
require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information,
including but not limited to name, email, telephone number, flight booking
reference and real time location. The real time location data is collected only
if you have an active assistance booking on our Service. In such cases, you
will be notified about such data collection at the home page of the Service.

Information will be retained by us and will be used for the provision of
special assistance services at the airport you are interacting with. It will be
shared with the relevant third-party travel providers such as the airport
company as well as the following entities operating at that airport:
• Special Assistance Providers
• Ground Handlers
• Airlines
We share your data with the above
third-party travel providers for the following reasons:
- To confirm the booking and to provide
special assistance to you at the airport;
- To communicate with you; or
- To provide your feedback.
This
Service does use third-party services that may collect information used to

We want to inform you that
whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data
and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data.
This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol
('IP') address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the
app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service,
and other statistics.
Cookies
are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous
unique identifiers. The libraries used by this Service store user, session and device related details locally on the device as
cookies. Such cookies are used for enabling a seamless experience for the user
who use the Service repeatedly. You have the option to delete the cookies by
clearing the cache related to this Service from your device. If you choose to delete
our cookies or data stored locally, you may not be able to use some portions of
this Service.

This Service use open source licences. The list of
such licences can be provided on request. Please
